Research Process is amazing in SBI
The biggest problem I see with online start-ups is poor research which results in poorer planning. So you know where I'm coming from, I wrote the book Planning Your Internet Marketing Strategy (John Wiley, 2001).
One of the things I like best about SBI is the careful research process that they lead you through. Plus, they give you excellent tools -- all included in the annual fee.
